Red Door Car Boot Sale June 8th

The Red Door is a place of inclusive hospitality of the heart and table.

Every Tuesday the Red Door kitchen cooks up a storm for lunch. Open to all, the fresh, house cooked meals are offered at no cost or by donation if possible.

The Red Door has been serving lunch weekly for 7 years and has become a place of true social inclusion with a warm and open-hearted spirit greeting all who come. The lunches, which consist of a main course and a dessert, are served every Tuesday from 12.00 noon to 1.30 pm. Everyone is welcome. And before lunch each week the Slightly Bent’ choir led by Kim Edgar-Lane sing in the hall. The choir have been singing together for over 3 years and perform occasionally in the community.

The Red Door is the hall between St John’s Anglican Church and the Mechanics Institute off Page St in Moruya (St John’s Way). There will be Devonshire tea and sausage sandwiches available. The cost to bring car boot or stall is $10.

On Saturday 8th June, 8am – 1pm, there will be a car boot sale to raise money to support the café and the choir. It is held on corner of Campbell & Page St Moruya. Bring your car boot or set up your stall, no bookings required, or just come along to snag a sausage & a bargain.
