Twenty three of our members gathered at Nelligen for our first post Easter walk, to catch up on family gatherings and a gentle stroll to shed a few chocolate calories.

Assembling at the wharf park, some of us were persuaded by Ray Cameron to do a warm up stretch before we headed across the bridge.

For some of us, it was the first closeup view of the work done for the new approach to the forthcoming bridge.

From there we proceeded to the end of Sproxtons Lane where we met up with a “Santa dog” before returning back to our lunch gathering in wharf park.
