SIP, SWAP & STYLE - Narooma Apr 14th

A feel-good fundraiser where ladies can clothes SWAP, not clothes shop! The change of seasons often has you thinking about a change to your wardrobe. Thankfully, there's no need to buy anything NEW. This event allows you to swap your fashion items with others, spend less on clothes and still add something new to your wardrobe. This event is ideal for those who: ÷ are looking to create a new look without the cost ÷ aren't getting the wear out of items in their wardrobe ÷ are open to some personal styling tips ÷ want to have some fun with like-minded women in a supportive environment ÷ want to support an amazing women's charity ÷ are conscious of the impact of fast fashion. You will get: ÷ free clothing and accessory items ÷ introduced to a new way of updating your look ÷ a fashion parade showcasing swap items ÷ the opportunity of meeting new people ÷ a genuine welcome to a fun afternoon ÷ some shared nibbles and drinks (BYO plate to share & favourite drop) ÷ a good feeling knowing that you're donating to Share the Dignity - a fabulous organisation that provides sanitary products to Australia's most vulnerable women. THIS IS A BYO EVENT: BYO nibbles, drinks and bag (for clothes). TICKETS AVAILABLE HERE: SMALL DIGNITIES MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE Share The Dignity collects thousands of pads, tampons and personal hygiene products every year for women experiencing homelessness, domestic violence and poverty. They ensure every woman is afforded the dignity so many of us take for granted. A Dignity Drive collection box will be at this Sip, Swap & Style event. We encourage you to bring one new box of pads or tampons along with you to the event and drop them in the collection box. Share the Dignity conduct two Dignity Drives each year (April and August), and we want to be able to contribute to their April drive with a full box of donated sanitary products. YAY US! #endperiodpoverty #dignitydrives CLOTHES SWAP RULES AND STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW: ÷Clothing submitted should be clean and in excellent condition. ÷Swimwear, underwear and gym gear not accepted. ÷All clothing items to be on wire hangers (its not easy for us to find coat-hangers for free). ÷Clothing not just to be dumped at Oddbods & left unattended. ÷All participants must pay $20 ticket entry prior to event - either online or at the door on Sunday, 14 April. ÷No swap fees or purchase fees at event. ÷BYO bag for clothes at the event. ÷BYO nibbles and drink of choice (unless someone knows some fabulous organisation who'd like to sponsor the liquid refreshments). ÷Any clothes leftover after event will be donated to charity. ÷All proceeds of the day go to Share The Dignity organisation.
