Marine Rescue Narooma Citations

A proud moment for the Marine Rescue Narooma unit and Marine Rescue NSW as one their Watch Officers recently received a Commissioners Citation for meritorious conduct during a near fatal incident that took place abeam Bingi on 24 January 2017. Judy Barry Cotter was the Radio Officer on duty and helped coordinate communications between responding crews from Marine Rescue Bermagui and Marine Rescue Batemans Bay conditions being so bad that our boat could not get through the Bar. Marine Rescue Narooma Master and current Training Officer Julia Mayo Ramsay also received her 10 year Long Service Award.
