Learn the basics of business and Microsoft Office programs with this course for absolute beginners - BSB10115 Certificate I in Business. Starting Friday 1 March for 15 Weeks – 4 hours a week COURSE DESCRIPTION: The Certificate I in Business will provide the participant with the skills and knowledge to use Microsoft Office programs at a basic level. This course also allows you to develop customer service skills and keyboarding skills. This course is aimed at absolute beginners. COURSE DELIVERY: This course is run 4 hours per week over 15 weeks. Days and times will vary over different campuses. COURSE OUTCOMES INCLUDE: This qualification can lead to an opportunity to gain a traineeship as an Administration Assistant, and forms a further study pathway to either Business or Business Administration courses. HOW TO GET INVOLVED: Information sessions will be held early in 2019, the dates and locations will be advertised through your local campus in December 2018.
