11/2/19 0926 P384 was called to a Hazmat incident in the Moruya River where it was found that the hydrocarbon booms that had been surrounding the boat were full and had started to leech out. The booms were removed and bagged.
"Some good news though, the boat is finally leaving the river and waterways and has been put on a truck to be taken away."
