Residents of the Eurobodalla Shire and others who access the “Beagle” free internet local and current affairs news are fortunate. Comments are able to be made in response to items as individuals see fit. Criticisms of all levels of Government including the local council, Mayor and Councillors is permitted, which is a good thing. It’s known Council Staff, Councillors, Politicians and their advisors are accessing the information as presented in the “Beagle”. They may not agree with what’s being made publicly known with the assistance of the free access information process of the “Beagle”, that usually goes unchallenged, by our authorities and elected representatives. It’s known some elected individuals and others in the system who are on control of the political levers of influence are far from happy with the community being freely able to express their opinions. But who cares about them; they don’t care about the hands that feed them.
