South Coast Police District report: BURN-OUT ENDS IN VEHICLE BEING SEIZED
An ACT man has been charged with several offences including Reckless Driving, Possess Prohibited Drug, Drive whilst Suspended and Prolong, sustain etc loss of traction (Burnouts). Batemans Bay HWP caught up with the male around 7pm on Friday 14th December in the Malua Bay area after witnesses called about the manner in which the male was driving.
Police spoke with the male driver and as a result, conducted a search of the vehicle where they located an amount of Cannabis. Police arrested the male and seized the vehicle.
The driver will face Batemans Bay Local Court early January.
