International Coach and TED Talk Speaker visits Moruya to coach skydivers

On the weekend just past Moruya airport and Skydive Oz hosted a pretty special event.

International Coach and motivational TED Talk Speaker Dan Bodsky-Chenfeld came to Moruya to coach the Aussie Bigway Formation flying team. Australian Skydivers, including some Moruya locals, are making their way to Perris Valley LA in USA May 2019 to attempt our largest freefall formation of 150 people.

Dan BC is the General Manager of Perris Valley Drop Zone and a world renown coach who will oversee the logistics of the Australian Record Attempt in the USA. Australian's travel to the USA for our record attempts as we don't have the aircraft in Australia to lift that many skydivers for the jump.

The current Australian Largest formation is a 119way set in 2015.

60 participants of the record attempting group made their way to Moruya on short notice to hear Dan BC speak and to make some jumps over the scenic Moruya waters, known as one of the best skydiving locations in Australia for Bigway formation flying.
