Remembering back to when they introduced plastic bags

Hello Beagle

Not sure how you can describe the plastic bags as "Single Use” they are used for many usages such as bin liners, packing items in the car etc. I grew up with paper bags and they were terrible, plus cutting down of many trees, the best thing that happened back in those days were the "Plastic Bags”. I have paddled many water ways in Eurobodalla over the years and have not seen a plastic bag, however I have seen plastic water bottles, “BAN" the bottles !!!! I am 78years old.

What about the people in Eurobodalla that use plastic bags !!!? When do they get heard !!?
