YOOFTube is South East Arts’ regional short film competition for youth aged 12-25, specifically from Bega Valley, Eurobodalla and Snowy Monaro Regional Shire Councils This year we have introduced a theme: CHANGE Make a film, music video or animation under 7mins long utilising the theme of CHANGE. CHANGE can mean many things. It could refer to the environment, something happening differently, a key change, a new start – there are hundreds of possibilities.
