Ladies’ Golf 2018 Coastal Challenge


The Ladies’ Golf 2018 Coastal Challenge was held at Tuross this year. There were 63 players from five Clubs namely Mollymook, Catalina, Moruya, Narooma and Tuross who played in the event. The event is an 18 Hole Stableford and the best five scores from each Club are added together to determine the winning team for the year.

Congratulations to Tuross who won the event this year. Members of the winning team were Ann Challender on 34 points, Ann Ware on 33 points, Chris Wratten on 32 points, Judy Apps on 30 points and Leonie Snodgrass on 29 points.


Moruya were the Runners Up. Members were Marie Murawai on 32 points, Vicki Goodwin on 27 points, Val Moore on 26 points, Robyn Hawkins on 26 points and Sue Wallensky on 25 points.

The Visitor’s prize was won by Pattie Kerr from Mollymook on 32 points. The best score of the day was Ann Challender from Tuross on 34 points.

Thanks to Greenkeeper Tim Watson and his Staff for the Course being in such good condition. It was great to see so many ladies playing on our Course.

NOTE: Comments were TRIALED - in the end it failed as humans will be humans and it turned into a pile of merde; only contributed to by just a handful who did little to add to the conversation of the issue at hand.
