Eurobodalla Photographic People’s Choice announced

The Eurobodalla Photographic Club’s had an exhibition as part of River of Art at the Malua Bay Bowling Club from Friday 18th to Sunday 20th May. The exhibition showed a diverse range of images all taken by the club’s members.

Despite not being in the River of Art’s printed program due to an unknown error, the club made an extra effort to advertise their exhibition and the exhibition was well visited.

The club thanks all the visitors for spending time perusing all the images and taking their time to vote for the “People’s Choice”.

Winner of the “Peoples Choice” went to Lisbeth Westra’s “Moruya River Sunrise”. There were only 1 votes different between the winner, second and third place and votes were given to a wide range of images. Visitors to the exhibition had said it was hard to choose due to so many great images being on show.

At the exhibition the DVD “Scenes from around Australia” which is comprised of 400 photographs taken by members of the Eurobodalla Photographic Club and the Narooma Camera Club was shown. The DVD runs for one hour and was produced by club member Colin Pass for the Moruya District Hospital where it is on display in the main waiting room.

The Eurobodalla Photographic Club meets once a month, always on the 4th Tuesday at 7pm (December excluded). Visitors are always welcome.
