Pensioners will be able to earn more without compromising their pension No increase the Newstart allowance No new funding to fix mobile blackspots in regional Australia Increased spending in mental health care and services in regional and rural areas Our South East students enrolling in university courses away from home will have improved access to Youth Allowance payments with parents being able to earn up to $160,000 to be eligible Owners of vacant blocks of land will no longer be able to claim tax deductions from July 2019.
