A gorgeous day in Narooma for the Oyster Festival saw Member for Eden Monaro Mike Kelly as part of the judging team for the World's Biggest Oyster-Guinness Book of Records Attempt. The Narooma Oyster Festival is now in its 10th year and Mike congratulated the organisers for putting together this showcase event which highlights the amazing produce and commitment to excellence by our oyster farmers in the region.

Above: The Bodalla Dairy team was at the Narooma Oyster Festival. Dairy, Oysters you ask? What about .... sorbet? In the cooking demonstration they revealed their methods behind the three sorbets they have to go with local fresh pacific oysters. Lemon Myrtle and wasabi and local lime - delectable !!
