Bush Fire Danger Period Ends 31 March 2018


BUSH FIRE DANGER PERIOD ENDS 31 MARCH 2018

This weekend the statutory Bush Fire Danger Period ends, as of Midnight 31st of March 2018.

Whilst the Fire Danger Period has ended, the risk of fire remains landholders and fire users are encourage to remain vigilant and monitor local conditions. Please see the Lightning a Fire - Quick Facts Sheet for what is allowed.

As of Sunday 1st April, permits will no longer be required however NOTIFICATION IS STILL REQUIRED.
