Bushfires …

The Bega Valley Shire Residents & Ratepayers Association (BVSRRA) extends its sympathy to the many residents of Tathra & other fire ravaged areas across Australia for the cruel damage & loss they have suffered as a result of the recent bushfires.

The association also wishes to publicly acknowledge & thank the many Volunteers who regularly risk their lives as our ‘first responders’ in such crises. Without the wonderful personal commitment & contribution made by our Volunteers, the damage & suffering in our community would be much greater.

The BVSRRA believes that it should also be a matter of great pride for everyone to witness the Bega Valley community come together in support of those who have suffered in this crisis.

John Richardson

Secretary/Treasurer

Bega Valley Shire Residents & Ratepayers Association
