We welcomed the Mackay family of Marcus, Eva, Benjamin and Neil, the Banks family of Tm, Joey and Finn, the Ireson family of Hugo and Tony, Joe Whithear, Tom Ireson, Lucinda Nesbitt, Anna Marley, Sue Caldwell and Julie Duncan to their first run with the group.

In the 2 kilometres personal best times were recorded by Alba Van Der Meulen, Margaret Dickinson, Gillian Edwards, Martin Shanahan, and Bruce Woodland. In the 3.5 kilometres the improvers were Sandra Lunn and Elisa Wirkala. In the 5 kilometres those to improve were Alan Andrews, Fairle Hawke and Kathryn Jeffery.

The star of the night was Louise Cox, (pictured) who received her 30-run shirt. Louise, who is a regular, took longer than most to reach this goal as she spends portion of the year in the North of England.
