Dear Editor, Recently I sent a parcel to Sutherland which cost $12.96. A week or so later I was told the parcel was back at the Post Office undeliverable. I'd made a mistake with the street name. I went down to fix it and was told I'd have to pay $12.96 to get my parcel back. Then if I wished to resend it it would cost another $12.96. I was simply stunned....but was told "That's the way it is now." I left with my parcel feeling so sad about what we're doing to ourselves as a nation. I'm grateful our generous helpful spirit is still alive and being reclaimed in the wider community and some businesses. I'm trusting it will ultimately flourish totally again throughout this great land. P. de Laney
