FREE MEDITATION CLASS THIS SATURDAY, BATEMANS BAY COMMUNITY CENTRE, 11.30 to 1.30. YOUR WORRIES ARE OVER - WITH DAILY MEDITATION Worried about crazy politicians, global warming, nuclear war, social change, unemployment, paying your rent and electricity bills? The solution is easy: daily meditation, which improves all individual’s lives, family relationships and the quality of life. Stress is a reaction to our surroundings, to life in general. These days children are stressed, as well as adults. Everyone needs a solution that works and does not cost a cent. And here it is: The Sahaja Yoga Meditation group from Batemans Bay and Canberra will give a free public class this Saturday, 2 nd December, at Batemans Bay Community Centre, Museum Place, Batemans Bay, from 11.30 am to 1.30pm. ‘It’s a simple, natural meditation method for the whole family, and it’s always free. We teach people to improve spiritual, physical and mental health by meditating naturally and normally,’ says local teacher Jennie Mairie. ‘This is the solution to a stress-free life. We teach simple techniques to clear the subtle energy centres in our body, and integrate body, mind and spirit.’ ‘With daily meditation people find peace through the growth of unconditional love, forgiveness and lack of anger. We do not do physical ‘yoga’ exercises; there is no charge; there are no bookings. Just turn up.’ Canberra teacher Paul Nicolai adds that no one can pay money to learn matters of genuine spiritual value. ‘This ancient knowledge is everyone’s birthright and cannot be paid for,’ he says. ‘We present the teachings of the founder, international lecturer Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, who gave free public lectures world-wide for more than 40 years from 1970 on. She gave public lectures in Australia many times from 1981 to the mid-2000’s, combining the teachings of the original founders of the world’s great religions. ‘This has been taught free by local Sahaja Yogis worldwide since 1970 as a community service. There are public classes all around Australia. We are not paid to teach and, in fact, we pay for the hall hire ourselves. We want people to enjoy what we enjoy.’ For more information, text only to 0459 981 008 or see the websites: sahajayoga.com.au and freemeditation.com.au.
