Broulee open space submissions sought

The community has 1 week to provide input into the Councils Draft Recreation and Open Space Strategy for Broulee, Mossy Point and Tomakin.

Here are some questions you might ask yourself

*) Do you support the building of an additional oval and more netball courts at Captain Oldrey Park. *) How much of the council owned land surrounding Captain Oldrey should be cleared for sports facilities and how much retained for green space with tall trees. *) Do you support a skatepark to be built at Captain Oldrey park. *) Do you support expansion of the Heath St Park at South Broulee to install BBQs, toilets and additional play equipment.

Look for the Broulee/Mossy download on the council website: The specific recommendations for Broulee and Mossy Point are on pages 95-104. Submissions close midnight Tuesday 24th October. Broulee Mossy Point Community Association
