Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions on the Princes Highway at Narooma Bridge for essential maintenance work to be carried out Work will involve inspecting and repairing lift machinery to ensure the bridge can open and close to marine traffic effectively and motorists experience no delays during the opening and closing operation. To minimise the impact to motorists, work will be carried out from Monday 25 to Wednesday 27th September between 9pm and 5am, weather permitting. During work hours, a number of bridge lifts will be carried out to complete inspections and repairs. Motorists are advised to allow up to 15 minutes of additional travel time. Traffic control will be in place for the safety of workers and motorists. Motorists are advised to plan ahead, drive to the conditions and follow the direction of signs and traffic control.
