Eurobodalla Dressage Association ( EDA) results of Competition Sep 17th

Eurobodalla Dressage Association ( EDA) held its third dressage competition for 2017 on Sunday September 17th at the Moruya Showgrounds. Thankfully the wind decided to have a rest from helping us with impulsion, and over 20 riders and horses enjoyed a well run competition. The Judges, Kay Dahlburg and Ros Quist had a busy day watching the riders perform the required movements of their Dressage Tests, they are supported by pencillers, who scribe the comments for each required movement onto the competitors test sheet. The Judge then scores the horse and rider, and comments on their overall test. Scores are converted to a percentile. Riders entered in Closed Restricted events ( CR) are EDA Club members and points do not count to Official Equestrian Australia (EA) points and scorecards. Riders in Open Competitive events have their points accumulate for EA.

We look forward to Hosting the Club Championship on Sunday 19th November 2017 and we are still hoping to secure a major sponsor of the event, and other sponsors and donations are always are always appreciated.
