Far South Coast Regional Business Awards Finalists And Winners Announced

The NSW Business Chamber is pleased to announce the finalists for the 2017 Capital Far South Coast Regional Business Awards. The Far South Coast Regional Business Awards recognise excellence in business, leadership, entrepreneurship, sustainability, innovation, business growth and employment practices across the Capital Far South Coast Region. Winners of the 2017 Capital Far South Coast Regional Business Awards will represent the region at the NSW Business Chamber’s State Business Awards held in November in Sydney. Capital Far South Coast, NSW Business Chamber Regional Manager, Gary Ryan, said this year’s finalists represent a fantastic cross section of businesses from right across the Capital Far South Coast. Six of the winners are from Eurobodalla Shire, with three of those coming from Moruya. "The Moruya Business Chamber is proud of the winning businesses, and wishes them the best in the State Awards” said Jude Manahan, President of Moruya Business Chamber. “The three categories our local businesses have excelled in - innovation, sustainability and export - are very important elements of our local economy, and it is encouraging to have their efforts recognised” Ms Manahan added. “Our small regional economy is built on people like the owners of these three winning businesses”. Ms Manahan also thanked the NSW Business Chamber for providing the structure for local chambers to conduct business awards. “These awards are a wonderful opportunity to celebrate excellence in the local business community and showcase their success at a local, regional and state level. Based on the calibre of this year’s finalists, I am optimistic one of our Regional Winners will bring home a NSW Business Chamber State Award to be held in November this year,” Gary Ryan said.
