Artisans Nest Gallery in Bodalla is warming up

Spring feels like it’s just around the corner and there is a stirring going on at the Artisans Nest Gallery in Bodalla as the days start to warm up!

The nest will hold a huge garage art and craft sale from 8 am onwards on Sunday, 10 September.

The last one was so successful we’re doing it again! Members will be selling off fabrics, jewellery-making tools, unfinished works, accessories for various crafts, leather, wool, and art materials. So, come and bag a bargain that will reboot your own projects.

The Nest’s Friday Fun mornings continue with a dedicated number of artists constantly experimenting with techniques. Anyone is welcome to join this fun group. Please call Jane on 0457024510.

Artisans Nest is currently looking for artists who are makers and have works they would like to display and sell at the Nest. We started with textiles but have since expanded our range and would love to welcome woodworkers, basket makers, ceramicists or any work that would complement our gallery. If you would like to become a part of this thriving community, please contact Sue (0408 634 237) or Mandira (0429 402 472).

We also offer our large workshop room for rent at $65 a day. It has verandas on two sides and a toilet and kitchen, and is sited at the rear of Artisans Nest Gallery Shop. For more information, please call one of the above numbers. And, there are two workshops at the planning stage - fabric printing with Mandira and a felting workshop with Sue Jamison. Further information will be published on our Facebook Page and Website.
