We are pleased to inform the community this financial year 2016/17 the Auxiliary gifted to the Moruya District Hospital items to the value of $55,692.31 for equipment and facilities throughout all departments of the hospital for the comfort and care of patients. All items purchased by the Auxiliary remain at Moruya Hospital. We are proud to be able to support the patients and staff at our hospital and our thanks go to the community for their ongoing support.

Our next big fundraising event is a 2 day Book Fair at Shop 4 Moruya Square (next door to IGA) Moruya- Friday 4th August 9.00am to 3.00pm & Saturday 5th August 9.00am to 1.00pm. Lots of great books - Saturday will include a stall with jams, pickles, relishes, sauces and some great beanies, bed socks and scarves for sale to help you get through this cold Winter.

Donations over $2 are tax deductable. 100% of all donations to the Auxiliary is used to purchase equipment for Moruya District Hospital & Community Health.

We are always on the look out for new members, DO YOU WANT TO BE PART OF A FRIENDLY, ACTIVE AND WELCOMING GROUP - come along find out what we are about or look at our website: http://www.mdha.websyte.com.au/ Volunteering is a gratifying thing to do - and it's wonderful to be part of such an organisation. You may ask - What skills can I bring - knitting, craft, sewing, cooking, selling raffle tickets, work on street stalls, filling vending machines, administration - it's ENDLESS

NOTE: Comments were TRIALED - in the end it failed as humans will be humans and it turned into a pile of merde; only contributed to by just a handful who did little to add to the conversation of the issue at hand. Anyone who would like to contribute an opinion are encouraged to send in a Letter to the Editor where it might be considered for publication
