At 6:30 pm last night Station 384 Moruya - FRNSW were called to an motor vehicle accident with the report of a single person trapped near Bingi Turnoff on the Princes Highway. On arrival the crew found a vehicle overturned off the side of the road. The sole occupant had been removed from the vehicle and was relatively uninjured.
Due to the large incline it was decided to to use a stokes litter to move the patient to the road side with the assistance of Moruya SES and other emergency services.
The accident site was then handed over to the Rural Fire Service for vehicle retrieval.
