Nightshift will be performing their one and only annual performance from 8.15pm at the Moruya Golf Club on Saturday 15th July. Tickets are $10pp with proceeds from ticket sales to go to the Moruya District Hospital Auxiliary.
Nightshift started in 1982 and played through until 1994. They played music current with those times from Nowra to Eden including Canberra and enjoyed a big following of music lovers with their home base being the Moruya Golf Club. The band re-united last June for one night at the Bermagui Country Club and had a big night in aid of the local school. This was intended to be a bucket list job but with the response from so many who could not attend due to the severe weather conditions on that night, Night Shift decided to do one more gig back at home base.
The band will play a six piece rock unit on the night with the inclusion of Dave Farrante from the Bay. 2 x 90 minute sets are scheduled inclusive music from Mondo Rock, Crowded House, Billy Joel, AC/DC, Van Halen, INXS, Dragon and Midnight Oil just to name a few.
The band is looking forward to meeting all those that were present at last years gig as well as those from the old golfy days.
