Bodalla Cheese Gum Leaf and Campfire are Easter winners



Colder days and thoughts turn to winter firesides and campfires - and that evocative smell of eucalypt has been a winner for Bodalla Cheese as is testament to the numbers of cheeses being sold this weekend through the their Bodalla shopfront and via the market stalls. If you happen to be passing through Bodalla be sure to call in. The Gum Leaf range along with the other premium Bodalla Cheeses are readily available outside of the Eurobodalla Shire. Fortunately when Coles took over SupaBarn they noticed that SupaBarn stocked a premium range of Bodalla Cheese which had been enjoyed by their customers for several years. The Bodalla Cheese owner, Sandra McCuaig, and cheesemaker, Lucas Klekowski, were approached by Coles to place their cheese range into 51 stores across Canberra and north through Bowral and into Sydney and Newcastle. The placement wasn't just to be on the dairy shelves but in premier position in the delicatessen section. This opportunity to extend their product to a wider market added to to their existing distribution into Harris Farm markets in Sydney and Newcastle.
