Malua Bay Brigade in Lismore


Malua Bay Brigade has deployed a team of Volunteers to assist with the clean up following the devastating floods around Lismore. The NSW RFS has established a base camp to house the hundreds of volunteers. More than 200 members will be housed in the facility at Wollongbar TAFE. NSW RFS crews from as far away as the South Coast have been deployed to the area to help local residents and support the NSW SES. The photos below will provide an insight into the Basecamp volunteers will call home for the next week



NOTE: Comments were TRIALED - in the end it failed as humans will be humans and it turned into a pile of merde; only contributed to by just a handful who did little to add to the conversation of the issue at hand.
