Animal Welfare League (AWL) Eurobodalla Monster Garage Sale Mar 11

IT’S coming to that time of year again where the Animal Welfare League (AWL) Eurobodalla Branch will hold their Annual Monster Garage Sale. For the last few years the location has been at the Dalmeny Hall but this year it has coincided with the Dalmeny Markets so the new venue is at the Bodalla Memorial Hall. Saturday March 11 is your declutter and donation day! Sort out your wardrobe, garage and house and bring your items to the AWL between 10am and 4pm at the Bodalla Memorial Hall. Sadly we are unable to accept electrical items The doors of the Bodalla Memorial Hall will be open at 8am on Sunday March 12th to all members of the public for the actual Garage Sale. There will be something for everyone, including furniture, plants, books and many other household items. We will be there until 2pm or until all is sold! This is one of the Branch’s main fundraiser’s of the year so please help raise some much needed funds toward rehoming our animals and assisting those less fortunate in the community to help care for their pets. Whoops…..got it wrong! Been happily telling everyone not to donate electrical goods! However, we have been offered the services of a kind electrician who is prepared to test and tag for us so if you have any electrical goods to donate, please call 4476 5748 to arrange an early drop off and a different location. All other goods to be donated can be dropped off at the Bodalla Memorial Hall between 10am and 4pm on Saturday 11 th.

We are still inundated with kittens of all shapes and sizes. Please phone Elaine on 0410 016 612 for further details. Also would like to put out another call for anyone considering becoming a dog carer. It is a very rewarding thing to do and we provide you with all the food, bedding etc. All we ask is that you spend some time with the animal and have a well fenced yard. The Animal Welfare League promoted responsible pet ownership. All our animals available for adoption have been vaccinated, wormed, de-sexed and treated for ticks and fleas.

NOTE: Comments were TRIALED - in the end it failed as humans will be humans and it turned into a pile of merde; only contributed to by just a handful who did little to add to the conversation of the issue at hand. Anyone who would like to contribute an opinion are encouraged to send in a Letter to the Editor where it might be considered for publication
