Night road work at Burrill Lake Dec 15th to Dec 17th

CHANGED TRAFFIC CONDITIONS ON PRINCES HIGHWAY AS WORK CONTINUES ON BURRILL LAKE BRIDGE Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions on the Princes Highway at Burrill Lake from tomorrow night as work continues on the new $58 million Burrill Lake Bridge project. Road resurfacing and line marking will be carried out for two nights from Thursday 15 December until Saturday 17 December to improve road user safety. To minimise the impact to motorists, work will be carried out between 7pm and 6am, weather permitting. To ensure the safety of workers and motorists, a reduced 40 km/h speed limit and lane closures will be in place during work hours. Motorists are advised to plan their journey, with delays expected. Every effort will be made to minimise noise associated with the work. Roads and Maritime Services thanks motorists for their patience while work is carried out.
