It has been another big year for the Auxiliary with many fundraising events during the year, including regular Raffles, Charity Cash Bingo every Sunday at Moruya Bowling Club, 4 Street stalls, Book Fair, Kinema Matinee and Open Gardens at Bodalla. We also run vending machines within the hospital operating 24 hours a day.
We had fun participating in the Tuross Fair and supporting other local community groups.
All monies raised goes towards the purchase of much needed equipment for the comfort and care of patients at Moruya District Hospital. The "Wish List" from the hospital is ongoing.
Our Christmas raffle is on sale Thursday & Friday at Woolworths Moruya 9.00am to 12 noon until drawn on Friday 16th December.
We will be holding our Christmas Stall this Saturday 10th December 8.30 to 1.00pm outside Harris Scarfe Moruya - regular favourites cakes, slices, jams, pickles, relishes, produce, craft items, plants, gift items, and also raffle sales. Any of these would be great Christmas gifts.
We have held our last meeting for the year and will not meet again until 6th February 2017 at 2.00pm venue Moruya District Hospital Lower Ground Floor Conference Room. All visitors will be welcome."
