Introducing Jade. Jade has just become a member of the Blue Earth Family having recently married Chef Anton. The many patrons of Blue Earth, Bodalla over the last five years have enjoyed the cafe run by brothers Anton and Eric. Eric has decided to go traveling and has recently passed on his share of the business to Anton and wife Jade. The Blue Earth kitchen remains unchanged with Chef Anton, Chef Emily and Yuki in the kitchen and long time favorite barista Nick along with Jade in front of house.
