Lazy Eye Band - Milton Theatre - Nov 18th

Pocket The Black Tour

With their new album Pocket The Black debuting at number 4 on the Australian Blues & Roots Charts, and having already taken out the Adelaide Roots & Blues Association’s 2016 Blues Album of The Year award, South Australian trio Lazy Eye are on a high. Milton Theatre is fortunate to be included in the band’s extensive 20+ date Australian album launch tour – taking the stage this Friday night (18 Nov). With special guest Chris Okunbor (aka Chris O) starting the show with an extensive repertoire of acoustic blues with a real roots flavour. Lazy Eye’s winning combination of soulful blues that melds sounds from the Mississippi Delta, Chicago, Latin America and Africa via the Caribbean is perfectly showcased on Pocket The Black, and delivered with plenty of style and oodles of panache by the talented trio of Evan Whetter on vocals, organ and harmonica, Erica Graf on guitar and backing vocals and Mario Marino on drums and backing vocals. The Lazy Eye show is definitely the place to be this Friday night...
