Do you know where your local candidates stand on critical animal welfare issues this election Humane Society International Australia is a member of Australian Alliance for Animals, and they developed a handy scorecard to compare the current known animal welfare policies of the local candidates in highly contested electorates. The Alliance has selected four key policy areas which you can see in the scorecard saying "This is a great way for you to get informed and inform others on important animal welfare issues ahead of the federal election which is right around the corner "You can also use this scorecard to talk to any of your other local candidates about their animal welfare policies and helping to bring animal welfare into the spotlight this federal election".
