There were 30 Twisties ready to bowl on Sunday before the rain came.
Welcome to Bob Geddes from Albury, Pat Miller, Finn Everding and Dutchie Goedee from Moruya. Lovely to see Val Toyer and Anthony Robinson who has just returned from a travelling holiday.
Even though no bowls were played the Awards were still given out. Terry Montgomerie received the weekly award for not adjusting his watch to Daylight Saving Time making himself and Tony Birmingham late for breakfast in Merimbula.
Tony Dobson received the monthly " Wally Award " for marking Kitty instead of bowl last weekend. Terry Presented Madge Elliott with a new Award a lovely box of chocolates as " The Most Valuable Player".
Yours Truly thanked the committee and especially Steve and Jennie Hogan for the
fantastic job they did on our trip away to Merimbula and Tura Beach. The list is out for our Christmas Party on 11th December on the Clyde Princess.
