Twisties started with a Barbecue breakfast on Sunday to celebrate Australia Day. Thanks as always to our fabulous committee who cooked and served.
President Steven welcomed everyone, also wishing Flo Young all the best as she spends time in hospital, everyone thinking of you Flo to get well soon.
The Award this week went to Milka, who last week asked Steven where the Jack was, when he checked as he didn't have it, she had already rolled it!!
After Rinks were called all bowlers proceeded to green to bowl a Spider using two bowls, winner Bob the Builder, with Peter Crumpton, Smiley McGregor and Dobbo Dobson each winning $10 which was hidden under bowls.
Winners were those with Most Winning Ends, as there were two teams on + 18 have called it a Draw, well done to Peter C. and Robbo , Rosco and Jamesy.

Next Sunday we will be bowling for the inaugural John Booth Trophy which will be bowled each year in the memory of Boothy a dear friend and fellow bowler for Australia Day.
