Robert Creed has been appointed to the to the Southcoast Health and Sustainability Alliance’s (SHASA) team to assist in the planning of Electric Vehicle Expo event, as part of the SHASA’s Electrify Everything campaign. The Electric Vehicle Expo will be held at Corrigans Beach Batehaven, on the 1 October,
2022, between 10.00am and 2.00pm.
“I am delighted to able to work with the SHASA team on this event, as it’s genesis grew out
of the Communities thrust for information in relation to electric cars. It is not just electric
cars however, we will be showcasing electric bikes, scooters and boats, with the Electrify
Everything Campaign running over the entire weekend,” said Robert.
"SHASA has taken the lead by engaging with community service providers to develop project plans, with costings for future grant applications to upgrade community-building facilities to keep operating during heatwaves and bushfires, while educating the community in relation to electric transport and electric vehicles destination chargers throughout the Shire. This is the next step in our road to zero emissions".
