The Drom welcomes Luke Sankey

Just a few weeks after Queen Chow in Narooma is awarded a Hat in the 2022 Good Food Guide we learn that the Dromedary Hotel are delighted to announce the arrival of their new Head Chef Luke Sankey! Luke began his cooking career in London working at various Michelin-starred restaurants. He is a classically trained Chef who is passionate about both the art and science of cooking great food. Since arriving in Australia over 20 years ago he has led the kitchen in many great cafes and restaurants in Sydney before settling on the South Coast six years ago. The Dromedary say "We could not be happier to have Luke joining the Drom leadership team, working closely with our manager Rex to take our great food and great service to the next level, including further developing our relationships with local producers and suppliers so we can continue to showcase and celebrate the best of the region. "Luke’s hit the ground running and the team are now busy getting ready for what’s going to be another busy season on the South Coast".
