Moruya Youth Color fun run Nov 23rd

During 2019 the program Lovebites was delivered into 5 high schools and colleges across Eurobodalla. The program was developed by napcan to teach high school students about healthy relationships, domestic violence, sexual assault and how students can support their friends.

Community Organizations come together each year to deliver this valuable program. In 2019 students came together to create messages against domestic violence, this has formed the movement of domestic violence youth voice #DVYV.

Through community support the Eurobodalla domestic violence committee have received donations for these messages to be placed onto posters and distributed throughout the Eurobodalla.

Eurobodalla youth committee and Domestic violence committee are now organizing a colour fun run -youth against domestic violence to be held on Saturday the 23 of November at Moruya. The student messages against violence will be displayed on all shirts, from tickets brought for the event. Raising awareness against domestic Violence.

Organisers are seeking community support for this wonderful achievement of the students and asking organizations to purchase tickets to the event. This can be done at Eventbrite. All profits of the event go to the Eurobodalla domestic violence committee to continue to raise awareness and profits for victims of domestic violence.
