With Postal Voting underway and Pre-poll voting to begin tomorrow for the Council elections of 2021 the race is on to inform voters on "How to Vote" given that How to Vote flyers will not be handed out at Polling Places due to Covid rules.
Be careful who you vote for because YOUR Vote might get handed on to someone YOU DON'T want if your Number 1 doesn't make the cut. For weeks there have been backroom deals of who will be giving preferences to who. It is a numbers game. Remember that Jack Tait and Maureen Nathan managed to become councillors for five long years with just 14 votes and four votes.
Below: The known preference deals as they stand on the How to Vote flyers. Much like the program "Survivor" or "Big Brother" it is clear that alliances have already begun and as such the first ones voted out look to be Pollock and Thomson who have failed to make 'friends' with the others (knowing that the Pollock pick by the Harrison Team was a retaliatory come back for a broken deal between other groups - otherwise Pollock would have received no preferences at all) .
Note: How to Vote flyers will be added to this article when they are provided.
