Club Malua Women's Bowls Report

There were 41 ladies on the green on a very hot day so thank goodness for the breeze, although it did make bowling very tricky at times.

Winners on Rink 14, Carmel Price, Jean Beeley and Yvonne Huddleston.

Winners on Rink 8, Gai Gibson, swinging Lead, June Williams and Rae Fayle.

Lucky Losers Rink 14, Sharon Cutmore, Anne O'Dwyer and Kim Giannasca.

Lucky number winner Pat Bill, Money Club, 50 Lou Butcher, 16 Janet McKay.

Other winning teams, Tricia Wheeler, Joan Rimmer and Lyn Hardy. Pat Biddolph, Carol Dutkiewicz and Margaret Bridges. Lauraine Taylor, Ellie Crompton and Jan Shalders.

Judy Armstrong, Sonia Frey and Nancy White. Connie Anderson, Gay Biggs and Noleen Taylor.

Happy Birthday wishes to Colleen Ashby on her 70th, Fran Lucas and Lauraine Taylor, also to Errol Bill who always comes to watch our bowls.

President Sue announced a special hello to all from Maureen Bruce.

District Fours will now be played at Club Bodalla instead of Tomakin.

The Funeral for Pam Hardy a Tomakin bowling friend will be held at Broulee this coming Friday at 11 am, uniforms to be worn for anyone attending.

It is with sadness that I report the passing of Vic White a valued Club Malua Member. Sincere Condolences to his family.
