The Beagle Weekly has allowed many local Council related matters to be aired in it’s daily updated publications. Generally all the matters raised exclude comments or any involvement of the Local Member which really is a bit odd , when the local council is bound the rules set by the NSW State Government. All local Councils in NSW conduct their operations in accordance with the State Governments Delegations – Delegated Authority. Why isn’t the Local Member part of the discussion on the local controversial matters connected to the Local Council. It’s really about time the Local Member made comment and gave some assurances in behalf of the State Government, wouldn’t you agree ?
