SAGE radio interview

The University of Canberra recently released their report "The Social Impact of the SAGE Farmers Market". This is a preliminary report into a much larger study of farmers markets in Australia generally and focuses on the broader impacts a farmers market has on its community, beyond just the economic.

ABC Rural took an interest and came to Moruya to interview local chef-turned-grower Tim Saffery about his story and also spoke to Sage organisers and UC researcher Dr Bethaney Turner about the insights the report provides.

You might have heard those interviews on ABC South East NSW recently, but in case you missed them, reporter Josh Becker kindly sent SAGE the audio files .

Have a listen to those interviews and download the report (it's a quick read) here Source
