Always wanted to give mountain biking a go, but unsure about investing in a new bike? Maybe you found yourself with a new mountain bike recently but not too sure what to do with it?
Sunday is Eurobodalla MTB Club’s Come n Try Day where you can test ride demo bikes from Batemans Bay Cycles or Moruya Bicycles, borrow a MTB bike to ride around the loop with family or friends, register for a training workshop, or take part in the RA50 Time Challenge.
Program
10am – 4pm Ride around Deep Creek Dam Loop trail. Bring your own bike or borrow one of ours. Book a demo bike to test ride around the test track. Check out the discussion posts to see what bikes are available and how to book.
10am - Beginners Skills Workshop and Intermediate supported loop around the Dam (Bookings Essential 4474 3978)
11am – Intermediate Skills Workshop and Beginners supported loop around the Dam (Bookings Essential 4474 3978)
12pm – Women’s Skills Workshop (Bookings Essential 4474 3978)
1pm – 2pm – RA50 Time Challenge – Rocky Trail will have their timing gear set up so you can check your fastest time. Fastest time on the day will win an entry into the Rocky Trail Jetblack Wild Wombat Event to be held 1 December in Mogo. All entrants will enter our lucky door prize pool.
Other fun bike activities on the day, a sausage sizzle and of course there will be a coffee van. Demo mountain bikes will be on hand courtesy of Batemans Bay Cycles and Moruya Cycles.
