Great day of rugby league Bay Tigers First grade and Reserve grade coming away with wins over Moruya Sharks RLFC at Mackay Park.
Reserves won the day with 18 to 13 and First grade bought it home 30 to 28
Of special significance was that the Reserve game was for the for the annual Robbie Stewart Memorial Shield keeping alive the spirit of the late Moruya legend, Robbie Stewart
Col Ratcliff, former Western Suburbs Magpies led the Bay boys onto the field. The Wests centre is still lauded for his role in the club's stunning 22-12 win over Souths in the 1952 grand final.

Introducing our latest big name recruit:Ken McGuinness.
Ken has been playing for the Bay Tigers first grade side and has helped strengthen the team.
His name should be familiar to rugby league followers. Ken has played for Western Suburbs Magpies, Wests Tigers then moved north to link up with the Cowboys.
During his great career, Ken played City matches and 5 NSW State of Origin matches.
The Batemans Bay Tigers are very proud to have Ken join our club
