Batemans Bay Triathlon Festival this Sunday 23 April - road closures

This weekend sees the BIG home event for the Eurocoast Triathlon Club, the Batemans Bay Triathlon Festival, to be held on 23 April.
 

 

 
From the swim leg at Corrigan’s Beach the Giant bike leg that takes competitors all the way to the Moruya River, then returning to run the foreshore.
 

 

 
Road Closures for the event SUNDAY 23rd APRIL 2017:
 

 

 
Part Closure of Beach Rd, south/east bound from Batemans Bay Beach Resort George Bass Dr traffic Signals to Edward St traffic Signals.
 

 

 
Closure of George Bass Dr from Beach Rd traffic Signals to Tallgums Way, south bound only 6:30am – 2:00pm approx.
 

 

 
Closure of Tallgums Way, Dunns Creek Rd and closure of Tomakin Rd from adjacent the Mogo Zoo car-park (note zoo access will be maintained from Mogo) through to the Tomakin Rd / George Bass Dr intersection from 6:30am – 1:30pm approx.
 

 

 
Controlled access of George Bass Dr from Tomakin Rd through to Annetts Pde from 6:30am – 1:30pm approx.
 

 

 
Closure of George Bass Dr and North Head Dr Annetts Pde through to the Princes Hwy from 6:30am – 1:30pm approx.
 

 

 
Note: controlled access will be permissible to residents and those going to the airport etc.
 

 

 
Closure of Calga Cres at Melaleuca Cres to George Bass Dr from 6:30am – 2:00pm approx.
 

 

 
Closure of Sunshine Bay Rd from Edwards Rd to George Bass Dr from 6:30am – 2:00pm approx.
 

 

 
Closure of The Ridge Rd from Dunns Ck Rd to Burri Rd from 6:30am – 1:30pm approx.
