BATEMANS BAY
Two people have been charged following an incident at Short Street, Batemans Bay Monday afternoon 16 January 2017.
It is alleged about 4pm there was an altercation between a group of people. At one stage a male has been knocked to the ground by an open door of a reversing vehicle causing grazes to the man.
A 27 year old Batehaven man was later charged at Batemans Bay Police Station with Assault occasioning actual bodily harm and Drive furious driving cause bodily harm. He was granted bail and will appear at Batemans Bay Local Court on 20 February 2017.
A 27 year old Sunshine Bay man was charged at Batemans Bay Police Station with Common assault and Intimidation. He was bail refused and will appear at Bega Local Court on 17 January 2017.
