EcoCrews winds up their current project

For the past year EcoCrews have partnered with Stepping Stone Farm in Moruya to provide paid jobs with accredited training for local people at their market garden.

They've worked on a range of projects including preparing over 9km of garden beds (by hand), planting over 22,000 plants which have been harvested cleaned, packaged and sold at the SAGE Farmers Market Moruya All crew members have taken part in training to receive their Certificate II Conservation and Land Management. Some team members have also completed the full Certificate II Conservation and Land Management or Certificate II Conservation and Ecosystems Management.

EcoCrews are so thankful for this partnership and the support they've received saying "While this project is coming to an end, EcoCrews will still be working along the NSW South Coast and on a range of commercial projects in the coming months- stay tuned to see what we get up to!"
